On March 15, 2024, Oaktree Capital Group, LLC changed its name to Brookfield Oaktree Holdings, LLC ("BOH"). BOH holds a limited partner interest in Oaktree Capital I, L.P., which, together with certain entities not owned by BOH, forms a part of the global investment management business of Oaktree Capital Management ("Oaktree").
